[ FRAMEWORK ]
With the help of our valuable partners, CGR is committed to advancing our ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) efforts throughout our organization and beyond. Using passion for innovation and continuous improvement, we have set out to create a more sustainable future.
Through GOAL’s in-depth assessment and collaboration with CGR’s sustainability committee, CGR developed sustainability goals that involve our daily operations, the communities in which we race, and our future in racing. Rather than annual objectives, these goals are meant to be worked on over time. We also acknowledge flexibility, recognizing these goals may also be adjusted to best fit our needs and capabilities as time goes on. Through and through, our team is committed to creating a positive impact in our communities and for the future of our sport and the generations coming after us.
Below are our team sustainability goals as well as our 2024 Impact Report.

Honoring Green Sports Day at Eagle Creek Park
In celebration of Green Sports Day, Chip Ganassi Racing volunteered with the team at Eagle Creek Park to support a local environmental restoration project. Members of the CGR team helped renovate the reflection pond near the Ornithology Center by clearing natural debris after it was drained — a labor-intensive effort that relied on community participation to complete. This hands-on contribution reflected CGR’s commitment to sustainability beyond the racetrack and reinforced the team’s support for ecosystem health and community well-being.
