[ OVERVIEW ]

Co-op Live is for the planet. From a football pitch and a half of solar panels to toilets that flush with rainwater, from locally sourced food to zero waste direct to landfill, and from intelligent building controls to increased biodiversity and sustainable transport connections.

We are a net zero building and are supporting Manchester City Council’s goal of being net zero by 2038 and have recently been ‘Highly Commended’ by A Greener Future’s independent accreditation.

In short, when it comes to putting people and planet first, we do more than most.

At Co-op Live, we’re for the here, the now and the long haul too. Doing more to use less and leave better.
