The 2025 GOAL Sustainability Leaders Forum (SLF) and Sustainable Impact Exchange (SIE) brought together forward-thinking leaders across sport and live entertainment for two days of collaboration, innovation, and action.

Held at Co-op Live in Manchester and Anfield in Liverpool, the SLF convened a hand-selected group of venue operators, team executives, and industry experts for private, in-depth conversations on circularity, food and beverage systems, green infrastructure, energy transition, and scaling impact across organizations. The Forum also included venue tours, a welcome dinner, and a special night at Co-op Live to experience the Billie Eilish concert — a chance to see sustainable operations in action.

The SIE opened the doors to a broader cross-section of the industry — welcoming clubs, operators, brands, and partners to explore the business case for sustainability. Through high-impact case studies, fresh thinking on partnerships and operations, and dialogue on purpose-driven growth, attendees engaged with new ideas to meet the moment and build long-term value.
